Student Grants

The US Government provides federal student grants for students of low-income backgrounds. The application process is simple and even if you believe you may not be entitled to Government Student Grants you should still apply because you may be pleasantly surprised that you are actually entitled to something. The application process is not difficult and really doesn't take long, so it is worth it.

You can apply at the FAFSA website or you can download a hard copy of the application form to fill out manually. These student grants are usually referred to as Pell Grants, named after former US Senator Claiborne Pell, who died aged 90. There are also sometimes other student grants available also.

Beauty Students can also apply for student grants. Some student grants are specifically designed for beauty students.

Nursing Students can also apply for student grants. Some student grants are specifically designed for nurses.
